Green provencal tapenade

Tapenade, delicious olive spread, has a rich history in Provencal cuisine. The word tapeno is the ancient Provencal word for caper. Tapenade combines pureed olives with capers and anchovies. Our Tapenade is made only with the finest extra virgin olive oil, non-pareil capers, and perfectly boned anchovies. Spread on buttured crackers or toasts, or with grilled meats or fish.
