Since 1997, we profit from a new production unit, which answers all the new international standards of the agro-alimentary one: Veterinary approval, HACCP, FDA.

The whole of the personnel of the company is regularly formed with the audit processes of hygiene and quality.

This powerful production equipment, supplemented by the experience gained since our beginnings, authorizes us still today to preserve all qualities and savors of an artisanal, authentic product.

Our activity of manufacture is divided into two seasons:

- Of at the beginning of September in Christmas: confectionery of the Olive de Pays with broken fresh olives of the Valley of the Beams to fennel, green olives “pickled olives”, pricked black olives with dry salt.

- The remainder of the year: the traditional preserve which understands aromatized olives and the tapenade.
