Extra Virgin Olive Oil This delicious Provencal olive oil is cold-extracted from five distinctive olives grown in our region : Aglandau, Salonenques, Grossanes, Verdales, and Picholines. Each olive adds its own characteristics, which combine to give a balanced oil with a fruity flavour and aroma of artichokes. Drizzle onto salads, fresh vegetables and grilled meats, or dip with crusty bread.
